  • No ads, no trackingNo analytics, ads or third party trackers.
  • Optional lockFace ID or passcode on compensation screens. Free for everyone, and you can switch it off.

Windows on Mac and iPad

Any sidebar section can open in its own window. Keep Today in one, the Calendar in another and an opportunity in a third.

  • On Mac: right-click a section in the sidebar to open it in its own window, or double-click it. You can also use the Window menu.
  • On iPad: touch and hold a section in the sidebar to open it in its own window.
  • Sidebar hidden by default: a section window starts without the sidebar, so the list or calendar gets the room. Turn the sidebar on from its button whenever you want it.
Three Principal Seat windows side by side on iPad: the Pipeline with the sidebar, the Calendar, and a fictional opportunity
iPad: Pipeline, Calendar and an opportunity, each in its own window
Four Principal Seat windows side by side on a Mac: Today with the sidebar, the Calendar, Companies and Help

Why not a spreadsheet or Notion?

You can, and plenty of people do. For a handful of roles a sheet is fine. It gets harder when the moves are bigger and last months.

What this adds

  • Calls, emails and follow-ups tied to the right opportunity.
  • Offers tested next to your current role, with equity hurdles and risk gaps.
  • Reminders, a role tracker and check-ins after you start.
  • Private by design: your own iCloud, no account with us.

What it does not

  • It is not a blank canvas. It has a point of view.
  • iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch and Mac only. Nothing is shared unless you export it yourself.
  • If you love your own setup, keep it. Export my data gives you a zip.

Watch

Two short films, recorded from the app with fictional demo data.
