Why we built this
A career moves in steps. Director, VP, SVP or EVP, a seat in the C-suite, and for some, a seat on a board. Every step looked clear from below and a little murkier once we got there.
And at every step we did the same thing again: weigh the next move against the role we were in. Each time the tools were the same too, a spreadsheet, a notes file, a thread of emails, a chat window with an AI. Useful alone, never connected. None of them could tell us whether an offer was really better than where we stood, or whether the new job was what we had been promised.
One private place, at every rung of the climb.
So we built what we wanted each time. The pipeline, the people, the offer math, and the first ninety days after you say yes, all kept in your own iCloud. A career move is nobody else's business.
It will not tell you what to do. Think of it as the gym: structure, equipment and a record of your progress. Bring your own trainer, an AI assistant or an advisor you trust, and do the reps yourself.
